Macron ve hükümetinin özgürlükleri kısıtlayan “Global güvenlik” yasasına karşı 5 Aralık’ta bir kez daha kitlesel yürüyüş ve mitingler gerçekleşti. Cumartesi günü birçok şehirde on binlerce emekçi ve öğrenci alanları doldurdu ve özgürlükleri savunma konusunda ne kadar kararlı olduğunu haykırdı. İşçi sendikaları ve dernekler, sarı yelekliler, basın sendikaları ve siyasi partilerin ortak girişim çağrısıyla ülke genelinde 90’dan fazla noktada eylem yapıldı ve on binlerce insan Macron ve hükümetine karşı öfkesini haykırdı. 

Güvenlik güçlerinin görüntülerinin fiili olarak yayımlanmasını yasaklayan yasa tasarının 24. maddesinin yeniden yazılacağı Başbakan Jean Castex tarafından Kasım sonunda açıklanmış olsa da, emekçiler tamamen geri çekilmesini talep etmekte kararlı. Yasa Meclis’te onaylandıktan sonra ocak ayında Senato’nun gündemine gelecek.

Merkez sağcı LR ‘’Cumhuriyetçiler’’ partisinin çoğunluğu oluşturduğu Senato’da yasa büyük olasılıkla yeniden yazılacak ve ardından yeniden Meclis’in gündemine gelecek. Fakat ülke düzeyinde giderek yükselen tepkiler karşısında Macron ve çevresi yasa tasarısını aynı şekilde ikinci defa Meclis gündemine getirmesini kimse beklemiyor. Hatta çarşamba günü ‘’Cumhuriyet’in değerlerini savunma’’ adı altında Bakanlar kurulunun gündemine gelecek ve esas olarak da laikliği savunma altında bir kez daha tüm Müslüman kökenli emekçileri hedef tahtasına koyacak yasa tasarısının içeriğine ‘’Global güvenlik’’ yasa tasarısının en önemli hedefleri dahil ederek bu yasayı geri çekmesi bile tartışılan konular arasında yer alması öngörülüyor.

Emmanuel Macron sağın düşüncelerinden yararlanarak 2022 Cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimlerine hazırlanmaya çalışıyor !

2007-2012 döneminin Cumhurbaşkanı Nicolas Sarkozy hatırlarsınız ki, birçok burjuva hükümet gibi onlarda Fransa, dünya burjuvazisi ve şirketleri için canla başla çalıştılar. 

Kurdukları hükümette vergi yolsuzluğundan tutalımda, iş yasasına, toplu iş sözleşmelerine ve ifade özgürlüğüne karşı, neo-liberal politikaları hayata geçirmek için hiç zaman kaybetmemişlerdi. 

Özellikle Sarkozy doneminde ulusal kimlik tartışmaları, semtlerdeki sorunların derinleştiği ve polis şiddeti, güvenlik güçlerinin güçlendirilmesinin gerekliliği çokça dile getirilmişti ve pratikte göçmenlere ve büyüyen emekçi hareketine de yönelik cadı avı başlatmışlardı. 

Aynı zamanda milyonlarca kadın-erkek işçi-emekçi, öğrencininde mücadele etmek adına sokakta eylem ve işyeri grevlerinin olduğu çok yoğun bir dönemler yaşandı. Merkez bir sağ parti olan UMP’nin iç güvenlik, ulusal kimlik adı altında hem Fransa işçi sınıfına, hemde onun bir parçası olan göçmen emekçilere yönelik baskılarının unutulmasının mümkünatı yok. 

Dönemin UMP’si bu günün LR ( Cumhuriyetçiler Partisi ) öncüllerinden esinlenmeye devam ediyor. Şu an mecliste LR’den 105 milletvekili bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca, senato’da ise çoğunluğu oluşturmaktadırlar. 

Sağlık krizini yönetemeyen Macron kabinesi ve dönemin Başbakanı Eduard Philippe, ki istifalarindan sonra içişleri bakanlığına geçen şu anki içişleri bakanı Gerard Darminin ve başbakanlık koltuğuna oturan Jean Castex gibi sağ merkez içinde olan insanların getirilmesi Emmanuel Macron’nun nereye varmak istediği konusunda bizlere ipucu vermektedir. 

Özellikle son aylarda hem yoksul emekçilerin mahalleri , hemde yürüyüş mitinglerde gündem olan polisin dozunu arttırarak uyguladığı şiddet üzerine çokça konuşulmaktadır. 

İçişleri bakanı Gerard Darminin’de içinde bulunduğu ve “securite globale“ yasa tasarının başını çektiği ekiple kendisinin kraldan kralcı oldugunu göstermeye çalıştığı gözlerden kaçmıyor. 

Tabi buna Paris’in başına getirilen ünlü gaddar valisi L’allemande’ı da unutmamak gerekiyor. Hatırlamak gerekirse geçtiğimiz aylarda Paris’te polis şiddetini protesto eylemlerinde BFM TV’ye canlı yayında vermiş olduğu demeçte ‘onlarla aynı cephede değiliz ‘ demişti. Aslında kast ettigi burjuvazi ve işçi sınıfı arasındaki bu derin uzlaşmaz çelişkiyi güvenlik güçlerini kontrol eden bir validen duymuş olmak, geleceğe dair kendi zengin sınıfından yana ne kadar çok caba sarf edecekleri ve güvenlik gücünü sertleştirmeye devam edeceğini açıkça kamuoyuna duyurmuş oldu. 

Peki, neden bir vali, polis, içişleri bakanı yada cumhurbaşkanı şiddeti daha fazla kullanmak icin yasa çıkarmaya ve uygulamaya çalışır ?, neden bu yasa ile var olan şiddet görünmez hale getirilmeye çalışılıyor ? 

Alım gücü düşen emekçi, yoksullaşan halk, doğası yok olan insanlar, okumaya gayret gösterip gelecek güvensizliği yaşayan öğrenci ve genelinde de kapitalizmin yarattığı savaş kurbanı olan göçmenlere de silah, jop, gaz uygulayan güvenlik ordusunu pasifist eylemlerin karşısına çıkararak şiddet uygulamakta yetinmeyen devlet, neyi güvence altına almaya çalışıyor. Asıl gerçekte burada gizlidir. Çünkü yıllardır kapitalizmi poh pohçulupunu yapan medya boşuna da bu sistemin güzellikleri övüne övüne bitirilmek istenmiyor. 

Fransa’da yüzlerce mücadele geleneği olan halk ve işçilerin yükselen mücadelesini hem engellemek, hemde Emmanuel Macron ve partisi (LREM) 2022 seçimlerine RN (Ulusal Buluşma) Le Pen’nin ve LR (Cumhuriyetçiler) seçmenine dokunmak ve oy kazanmak için yapılmak istenen adımlardır.

Kısaca hatırlatmak fayda var ki son yıllar hemde yapılan anketler, seçimler ve hemde var olan burjuva iktidarların politikalarına olan güven ve katılım oranı %50’lerin altına inmiştir ! Bunu bilen Macron bağımsız Cumhurbaşkanı şemsiyesi altında her türlü dalda oynayamaya aday olduğunu göstermektedir. 

O yüzden ne Macron (LREM) , ne Le Pen (RN) ve nede Gerard Darmanin’in partisi LR ! Umut Fransa’da yaşayan göçmen ve yerli kadın-erkek işçi-emekçi ve öğrencilerin emek eksenli yürütecekleri ortak mücadelesinde yatmaktadır.
